Demandware announces three new alliances. Demandware and Allurent join forces to combine their merchandising and rich commerce applications to increase conversion rates, reduce shopping cart abandonment and improve customer satisfaction. Bazaarvoice partners with Demandware to incorporate consumer-generated content for merchandising and improved conversion rates into its recently launched Ask & Answer service. PowerReviews integrates its customer review and social merchandising software into Demandware e-commerce sites, giving merchants the ability to layer community generated content and opinion onto their retail Web sites.
