Demandware Clients Outperform Industry Average in First Half 2009 with 10% Online Revenue Growth

Based on comparative same site sales, Demandware clients posted an average 9% growth as contrasted to the industry’s 1% decline (source: ComScore). Apparel and luxury goods businesses outperformed other categories in the Demandware index, posting a 12% revenue growth rate. European ecommerce businesses in the analysis marginally outperformed US businesses with a 10% growth rate.
