All employees across the globe are invited to pose questions directly to our executive team during regular town hall meetings. Raise your hand or submit a question in advance—no topic is considered off-limits. We also encourage open dialogue across peers, management, and executive leadership. Doors are always open for discussion, to address issues, to present new ideas, or simply to ask a question. Knowledge sharing is also encouraged on our online company workspace, a global vehicle for the exchange of ideas and information. With great responsibility comes great reward.
