If you’re already a Demandware customer, integrating with Qubit couldn’t be simpler. Our Demandware cartridge provides a simple connector to the Qubit platform, including javascript injection and data layer build on each page. 

Universal Variable provides a standardized structure to collect hundreds of data points relating to the journey of your visitors including user details, products viewed, basket contents, and any other data points which are valuable to your business in order to understand your customer behavior. The data contained in Universal Variable is pushed automatically to the Qubit platform where it’s available to power analytics, personalizations and targeting across the entire site experience.

Integration Features

  • The Qubit cartridge creates a templated integration of Qubit’s technology on the site.  This is both tracking scripts and a mechanism to expose the important data points on each page (data layer) to accurately track and reflect the user’s behaviors and experience of the site.
  • Qubit's on-page script is an enterprise tag management solution (Opentag) which can manage the loading, firing and passing of values into other third party templates such as analytics, adtech tracking or onsite applications.
  • Through the integration, all users can be tracked and targeted for personalized experiences across all areas of the site, and at all customer touchpoints.
