Selligent’s Salesforce Commerce Cloud LINK cartridge seamlessly enables the real-time import of visitors, orders, product catalogue detail, and cart data from Commerce Cloud into the Selligent platform.  All data is immediately available for segmentation and targeting through journey maps executed from the Selligent suite. The integration supports real-time profile data updates including contact information and subscription status.  Abandon cart, browse and post-purchase retargeting campaigns can be deployed without manual intervention.   The solution is plug-and-play requiring no custom development, only simple configuration through a GUI.  There is no required modification to the storefront code.
