Forrester Research has recognized Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: B2C Commerce Suites, Q1 2017. In a summary of their findings, Forrester remarks that Salesforce “shows compelling over-the-horizon potential in the realm of AI and data-driven decision-making with its Salesforce Einstein capabilities.” Forrester concludes that “Salesforce is a best fit for retailers looking for a strong, highly-scalable, cloud-based commerce platform.” Our digital commerce solutions were evaluated in the following categories:

In its report, Forrester writes that, “Salesforce Commerce Cloud continues to be a strong option for retailers looking for an established, highly-scalable SaaS solution with market-leading personalization and promotions commerce capabilities. Salesforce also shows compelling over-the-horizon potential in the realm of AI and data-driven decision-making with its Salesforce Einstein capabilities.”
