The “Retailer Technology Initiative of the Year” award recognises a company that successfully pursued innovations in technology and multichannel retailing. And that is just what American Golf did.

With an aggressive international expansion strategy, American Golf partnered with Demandware to gain the flexibility and scalability needed to deliver a localised shopping experience to their customers across Europe. As a result of the partnership, American Golf successfully relaunched 7 ecommerce and mobile sites in Europe. Additionally, by leveraging the merchandising functionalities within Demandware Commerce, American Golf can launch new promotions within hours, introduce greater personalisation across all sites and offer customer-segmented limited time events.
