The Pacesetter Awards honor excellence in digital commerce and recognize the innovative work our clients do throughout the year to accelerate growth and meet changing consumer demands in today’s new retail reality.

Our 2014 finalists included Michael Hill, Crocs and Scotch & Soda. Business leaders from each of these great retail brands shared their stories of growth, innovation and success with all of the attendees at our XChange Conference in Miami. Event attendees voted to award the top prize to Michael Hill, a specialty jewelry retailer operating more than 240 stores in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the U.S., for the great work the team is doing to immerse the consumer in a content rich shopping experience. The retailer leveraged tactics like shoppable videos and an online “build your own charm bracelet” tool to fully engage the consumer.
