There are a slew of great sessions on the agenda this year that dive into the show’s theme of Retail’s Digital Rush. Clearly, there are significant opportunities that digital engagement presents for retailers, whether it’s integrating social capabilities into the online experience, or bringing digital into the physical store.
One discussion that will definitely be worth checking out is an Exhibitor Big !deas session on Connecting to and Engaging with Millions of Online Shoppers. During this session on Wednesday, October 1 at 1 p.m. PT, Cindy Lincks, VP of Direct at Brooks Brothers, and Megan Hanley, CMO at ShopRunner, will talk about personalization and convenience, ensuring you can give your customers the digital experience they expect while maintaining your brand identity.
Stop by the Demandware booth (#705) to see what an omni-channel shopping experience looks like, chat with some of the industry experts to learn best-practices for digitizing the physical store, and hear more about the impact distributed order management has on retail businesses.
‘Doctor Is In’ Sessions:
Shop.org is offering retail attendees a one-on-one session with industry experts to critique your website. During these 30-minute sessions, you can go over questions and ideas you have, and get valuable feedback on the site’s design, experience and usability.
Our very own Sue Chapman, director of merchandising practice, will be one of the Doctors on call, offering retailers the opportunity to analyze their online shopping journey. As part of these one-on-one sessions with Sue, you can get tips to optimize merchandising opportunities and enhance the user experience to increase online sales and conversions.
