In an effort to enhance the in-store customer experience and avoid disappointing shoppers with out-of-stock merchandise, global shoe retailer ECCO adopted Commerce Cloud’s Endless Aisle, an app which enables store associates to place real-time orders against online inventory from any mobile device, anywhere on the floor. The results were astounding.
Why Commerce Cloud?
An early adopter of Commerce Cloud’s Endless Aisle, ECCO found the implementation “quite easy,” and was quick to take advantage of its customization capabilities, resulting an effective customer survey program. After the initial pilot test, ECCO introduced Endless Aisle into six test stores. Within six months, the results were so successful that ECCO rolled Endless Aisle out to all 26 full-priced US stores.
