Integration Overview

HiConversion’s Salesforce Commerce Cloud LINK Partner cartridge is designed to provide out-of-box customer experience optimization and analytics The integration is a one time technical task. All other customization and provisioning is done via HiConversion’s admin panel without any further need for IT assistance.
Integration steps:

Step 1: Copy your HiConversion’s  ‘Site ID’ Login into HiConversion and copy Site ID shown in the upper right corner, or if you do not have a HiConversion’s account please go to ‘Create FREE Account.’  (https://tinyurl.com/z84tm6x) Step 2: Install HiConversion’s cartridge. Please follow the steps in the ‘Integration Guide.docx.’ Step 3: Configure your cartridge. Paste the ‘Site ID’ from the Step 1. Use the same ‘Site ID’ for staging and production environments.
