With the highest score in the "Current Offering" category, Forrester names Salesforce a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: B2C Commerce Suites, Q3 2018.

We also received the highest scores in the support services and platform criteria, and the highest possible score in the personalization, artificial intelligence and machine learning, business intelligence and analytics, and delivery and extensibility ecosystem criteria.  

Forrester identified three differentiators in this report: commerce experience, user interfaces, and operational efficiency. “Vendors that can provide a better shopping experience with efficient business user interfaces and operational excellence position themselves to successfully help their clients grow revenue, deepen customer loyalty, and expand into new markets.”
